Field Trip Forms: several forms have been sent home for our first of many excursions and learning experiences beyond the classroom walls. Please complete all forms and return by Tuesday September 12th
Class Community: Students have been asked to bring in one or two objects and their favourite book to share during the assigned time. This activity "What's in the Sack" inspired by Shel Silverstein will continue to build our classroom community. Please review the task/handout in order to be prepared for your sharing next week.
MEDIA LITERACY: Google Drive: Sign in to your google drive using aw.tdsb.on.ca and your sign-in information. Locate your google classroom assignment. Time will be provided in class to work on the assignment. Students are welcome to work on their posters at home.
INDEPENDENT: students complete their planning sheet to design a Motivational Poster based on the question "What does success mean to you?"
GROUP: designing 4 Agreements posters (Mutual Respect, Appreciation, Right to Participate, Attentive Listening)
Indoor/Outdoor Shoes: students are reminded to bring in a second pair of shoes to leave at school (in their lockers) to wear during the instructional day. This minimizes dirt on our classroom floor as we do sit on the floor often; as well as, to ensure safety in the gym during physical activities.
