Shoutout to our parent volunteers for joining us today! Students had a great time listening to an introduction to 3D printing (next we prepare to design)! Thank you for a great day today :)
MATH: *** Throughout the year, students will be encouraged to take on a variety of math challenges focussing on making mistakes, getting through them and appreciating the value of looking at misconceptions and restarting ideas: Leap Frog Challenge
The ARTS: For your reference, please visit the Colour Terminology Prezi. Class time will be provided to complete the Colour Package :o)
POETRY: Share your thoughts on "What does poetry mean to you?" in Padlet.
In-class we have started to write poetry focussing on descriptive words:
- write an acrostic poem using your name
- create a list of descriptive words to describe any object of choice for a concrete poem in Tagul
- create a list of descriptive words to describe any object of choice for a concrete poem that will be written and later inked in with marker
