POETRY WORKSHOP: two-day workshop students will be engaging in writing poetry, using elements of poetry, performing and learning about the art of spoken word poetry.  February 15th and 23rd will be our workshop dates. Funds: each student will need to bring in $16 PAST DUE.

Field Trip form sent home: A Different Booklist Book Store, author & activities honouring Black History Month, and throughout the year Funds: $7

MATH: Data Management: Bowling Project: Peer feedback will be provided based on the Success Criteria. Then, students will use Google Sheets to graph data and use feedback to bump up their analysis.

WRITING: As revisions are finalized, stories will be uploads into BookTrack creating ebooks with a soundtrack.

SCIENCE: beginning whole grade initial research located in Google Classroom prior to smaller group tasks
Grade 4 focussing on Light and Sound organizing experiments

Grade 5 focussing on Human Organ Systems planning and building models
